How Devil Dash gets paid
The Dasher names their fee and keeps 100% of it. The customer pays a separate Devil Dash service fee — a flat $3.00 on jobs up to $37.50, and 8% on jobs over $37.50 — shown in the price breakdown before anything is charged. The customer's payment is held by Devil Dash and releases to the Dasher when the customer confirms they're satisfied; payouts run through Stripe.

How does pricing work?
You name the offer — or negotiate it with your Dasher in the app chat until you both tap Agree and the price locks. 100% of the agreed price goes to your Dasher. Devil Dash adds its service fee on top: a flat $3.00 on jobs up to $37.50, and 8% on jobs over $37.50 — always shown in the breakdown before you pay. On eligible services you can request bids instead and hire the bid you like.
What if nobody accepts my request?
No charge. If no Dasher accepts before the request window closes, it ends on its own and any hold is released.
How do GO-To's and MY Dashers work?
Save any completed set-price request as a GO-To and resend it with one tap. Save a Dasher to MY Dashers after a job and they get first dibs on future requests — or request them by name from the MY Dashers list.
What if something goes wrong with a job?
Open the request and tap Report a problem — reasons include Not finished, Missing or wrong items, Damage, and Late. Try resolving it with your Dasher first; if it isn't fixed, escalate to Devil Dash Support and their decision settles it.
Is my payment protected?
You pay Devil Dash upfront when the price locks, and Devil Dash holds the money — your Dasher can't touch it. When the job's done you're asked if you're satisfied: tap Yes and it releases to your Dasher right away; tap No and file a dispute, and the money stays held while it's reviewed. If you don't answer within 24 hours, the payment releases to your Dasher automatically.

What “verified” means here
Dasher Pro verification is an identity check only — your government ID, a selfie match, and your Stripe payout identity. Devil Dash never runs background checks — no criminal, credit, or driving-record checks, for anybody, ever. The badge says “ID Verified” because that's exactly what it is.
